We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to offer a three-year limited warranty on all of our bags. That’s why we promise to repair or give store credit for any items purchased from our website with defects that are not the result of expected wear and tear for 3 years from the time of purchase. If there is a fault, we will do everything we can to fix the issue.

It’s the right thing to do for our customers who put their trust in us to deliver durable, quality items, and the right thing to do for the planet because poorly made products turn into waste.

What is covered by the warranty?

Any manufacturing faults on zips, clasps, stitching, or otherwise.

Any damage that is caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

What is not covered?

Normal wear and tear

Intentional damage, negligence, improper care, or misuse

Damage from accidents, fire, flood, or other natural disasters, cleaning products or chemicals, contact with sharp or abrasive objects, human fluids, stains or spills, pet damage, misuse

Lost or stolen items

Modified items

What we will do:

Arrange for the product to be repaired in our own workshop or by local professional cobbler


If the product cannot be repaired, we will send replacement item at no charge
